Fresh and Spiced!
A soon to be world famous cocktail made by @your_modern_bartender
Its a refreshing cocktail, low in alcohol, perfect to start the aperitif. The association of pineapple, pink pepper with ginger beer is a marvel!
Ingredients:
- 50ml of Rum Babs - Pineapple, Vanilla, Pink pepper
- 20ml of lime juice
- 15ml of Cayenne pepper syrup or normal syrup.
- 60ml of Ginger Beer
Follow the recipe step by step below
1/ Pour all ingredients together and serve over ice.
2/ Garnish with a dried pineapple, candied ginger and a twist of white pepper.
