Piña colada

The piña colada! 

A world famous cocktail that is actually super easy to make! It was founded in San Juan, Puerto Rico around the 1950's. Although the exact timing is still debated as a few different bartenders claim to have invented the piña colada. Their recipes are slightly different as well.

As we would like to stay biased, we decided to stick with the recommandations created by the International Bartenders Association. So all credits to them for now!

Ingredients:
- 5cl of Rum Babs - Pineapple, Vanilla, Pink pepper
- 5cl of pineapple juice
- 3cl of coconut cream
- 2 hands of crushed ice

Follow the recipe step by step below

1/ Mix all the ingredients in a blender/ mixer with 1 hand of crushed ice.

2/ Add crushed ice until you reach a creamy consistency.

3/ Ideally and faithfully served in a hurricane glass although we decided to go for a tumbler.

4/ Garnish with a pineapple leaf (pro tip - if you really want to stun your guests, serve the cocktail in a hollowed out pineapple or why not try a coconut)
